Return Policy:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns must be shipped out within 7 days of the customer receiving a return shipping label. LED Esthetics will provide a pre-paid return label to customers and the cost of return shipping (flat rate of $12.50) will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees, if applicable, are not refundable. To initiate a return, customers should email hello@ledesthetics.com and include their order number and reason for return.
